About West End Diagnostic Imaging
West End Diagnostic Imaging is a clinic that offers x-rays and ultrasounds. Customers find the clinic easy to reach and appreciate its cleanliness. While making appointments can be challenging by phone, the clinic's staff is consistently praised for being friendly and helpful. The receptionists are described as lovely and efficient, going out of their way to assist patients, especially when issues arise, such as a broken x-ray machine. However, some patients feel that the technician administering specific ultrasounds should have a more patient and less abrupt bedside manner, and they appreciate explanations about what to expect during procedures. The clinic currently lacks integration with PocketHealth, which some customers find inconvenient, as they prefer to receive their results directly instead of waiting to see their doctor. Overall, patients have had positive experiences, especially noting that results are often sent to their doctors on the same day for both procedures.
Very quick, on time. This is very rare to find a place where they’re on time!
Prashant was very lovely and professional - when someone tried to walk into the room during my ultrasound on my hand, he ensured they wouldn’t come in, which is something other clinics surprisingly have had issues with.
On the first floor of this building, the blood test is on the right and the X-ray test is on the left. The services on the two sides are different. The X-ray test area has a first-class service environment. I don't need to comment on the other side. Everyone who has been here knows the feeling!
Got an appointment within a reasonable time frame for a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound, compared to other clinics.
The mammogram technician, Lynn, was a sweetheart and very professional. She was quick and efficient, but also took the time to explain the process and next steps to me.
However, the US technician (I didn't get her name) didn't care whether I lived or died. Poor communication and unresponsive to my questions. A little empathy goes a long way when you're dealing with individuals with medical concerns...
