Starting with Pauline at reception (who also booked my appointment), technologist Christine and other staff members including Eisha, as well as Dr. Mendis (who I saw briefly) are all to be commended for their professionalism. Their friendly and calm manner helped to ease the stress I often experience when undergoing medical testing.
KMH Toronto provide an outstanding service. In particular, Dr. Myers is a very gentle, kind and thorough doctor. I have 120% faith in his judgement and trust him implicitly. The whole staff, from secretaries who warmly greet you, to technicians and ancillary staff, please accept my heartfelt thanks.
What I like best about this facility is that everyone involved explains to the patient exactly what is going to occur during the procedures and why. The staff are cheery and full of energy, and also sympathetic to whatever medical difficulties you may be having. They try to make you as comfortable as possible. I had trouble getting through on the phone to ask a question ahead of my appointment date and had to leave voicemail instead - but someone very kindly called me back with the answer I needed.
