Alright, I'll address a few things in this review. First, I've been coming here for about a year now and haven't had any issues whatsoever. With respect to cleanliness, during the more sensitive COVID or flu periods, the masseuses were always masked. I've never had an instance where I felt unsafe as a result of a health issue.With respect to the quality of massages this place is class. They have specific masseuses for specific needs, whether you're looking for a harder massage, a softer one, or a more relaxing experience. My first time trying Vivi Spa and I had a massage with Mandy who really worked hard on my really stiff neck and shoulders...She was attentive to my needs and really worked out my kinks....Venue was clean and the staff were friendly, will definitely return for further therapy...

Excellent service, kind professionals.I stumbled upon this place and made an appointment for my friend and I. Following, I suggested it to two co workers who also had a great experience. Finally... I made an appointment for my 65 year old father. He was sooooo impressed and absolutely loved it. He not only enjoyed his massage but the convo with his masseuse, who is a Chinese doctor. I hope he sees this- thank you sir for taking care of my dad. He was so grateful for the 10/10 massage (if only he lived in Toronto!)These prices are wonderful. Make sure you bring cash so you don't have to pay tax!
