the service was pretty underwhelming. I came in for the virgin brazilly and the technician was doing everything fast and I felt that they were really passive about the fact that I was visibly in pain. On top of that the receptionist was giving a lot of attitude after I asked a general question, which was really upsetting. I’ll be going to a different location next time.
We got gift cards for this place so we decided to check it out. Service was pretty average for the price. The environment seems slightly nicer than your old school nail salon so I kind of understand why the prices are a bit high.
TEN SPOT Annex is the only place I will go for proper skin care. From waxing, product suggestions to all over care for their clientele- this spot is IT! I really enjoyed Tanya and Laura, the owner is always there to support you!! Thank you
