Updating this to say I've been coming here for 2 years and I book with Charise specifically.She is very customer oriented and personable. I come to her for wax, pedis and gel manicures. I see her 1-2x a month with my monthly subscription. She always remembers little bits and details from our last chat. I also like that they have Netflix playing and it's always spotless and hygienic.The one negative experience I've had:The day before one of my appointments, which I booked a few weeks out on a specific time/date before vacation, they cancelled my appointment. They left a voicemail and an email to reschedule for times/dates I was not available, which showed to me some staffing...read full review

It was my first time at The Ten Spot and I had a gel mani done (removal of old and full gel mani) by the lovely Lauren. The manicure was a little on the pricey side being $69+hst, but it was worth it. The salon was very clean, inviting, and the staff really took their time and care for a great experience. Will definitely be back and requesting Lauren!
