SSCNET's team, led by Saeid, saved me. After a sleepless night following my computer crash, I walked into their store with tears in my eyes, terrified that my presentation, that was due the next day, was forever gone. I was immediately listened to and with calm clear confidence, Saeid examined my laptop and explained to me what needed to be done, provided a quote and got to work. A few hours later I picked up my fixed machine and paid the price quoted. Extra work was required, but Saeid honored the quote. I was more than impressed. I was saved. I will be returning and recommending SSCNET without hesitation.
