I was surprised to discover today that I’ve never left a review for 24 Hour Geeks. Well, this is long overdue. I’ve been dealing with James at 24 Hour Geeks for, amazingly, more than 25 years. And in all those many years I’ve been nothing but 100% satisfied in my dealings with James. He’s incredibly reliable, professional and knows his work backwards and forwards. Never once in all that time has he ever been “stumped” by any of my computer issues. He’s super dependable and his fees are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend James Harding @ 24 Hour Geeks for your computer needs. James set me up with a new system and carefully explained everything that I need to know. He was competent and reassuring and very cost efficient. Don’t hesitate to contact him.
James is fantastic! He promptly returned my call and, instead of needing a service visit, he walked me through the issue over the phone. He was reassuring and helpful the entire time. It turns out the problem with my Epson EcoTank printer is a common and easily fixable issue that he sees often. I also found that he was the only business around that services printers, while others couldn't assist. Highly recommend!
