We recently hired SD Construction for a bathroom renovation in our condo, and we are very happy with the results. The project started and finished exactly on schedule with no delays, and the pricing was very fair.
German was phenomenal throughout the entire process, he was very responsive and addressed every concern we had immediately. The craftsmanship is beautiful, and you can tell they use good quality materials.
The only minor suggestion for improvement when working with condo buildings would be the floor protection used in the common hallways (from the unit to the elevator). I think a more heavy duty, resistant material would be... read full review
This company demolished and rebuilt our crumbling concrete steps and retaining wall to our basement walkout. They did a great job. They were the lowest/most affordable quote we received. The end product is not fancy: it is functional, which is all we wanted. The workers were pleasant and friendly, and cleaned up afterwards. We are very satisfied with the work.
