I wasn't living when I first started going here for treatment, and they saved me. Dr Rios gave me back the ability to live my life and I have been thriving since. When I was booking myself in with reception on day one, I said "this is exciting" to my husband who said "why?" And I said it's a beginning, and a random women in the waiting room chimed in and said "it is exciting, you should be excited". I kind of wish she was there for every new, anxious or worried patient. I was hopeless, and pain ran 100% of my life.Try it, he won't take you on as a patient if he can't help you, but take please take reading this as a sign to try it. Dr. Rio is incredible at identifying, diagnosing and treating head and neck issues. Even those which appear obscure and seem to have no obvious connection to chronic pain. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Rio for his persistence and patience in treating me after having been to many neurologists and other chiropractors. He practices the Nucca method (rare to find such chiropractors in Ontario) and his treatment plan usually starts with a full evaluation of your neck and spinal X-rays. He is also transparent about the fact that there will be no magical maneuvers and overnight recovery rather a slow and gradual recovery for pre-existing conditions. Amazing staff, the receptionist Adriana is caring and compassionate she loves to listen to everyone’s story, and tries her best to accommodate to everyone’s schedule. Dr. Rivas the homeopathic is very professional he did a hair analysis and was able to identify the root cause of my pains through the imbalance of my body chemistry, he also is a great listener and goes an extra mile for his clients. And Dr. Rios is an amazing practitioner, very knowledgeable and does his very best to fix me and make me feel better.
