Derek is an expert masseur, the best of the best! It takes him about 0.5 seconds to find your pain point. I always leave wishing I could stay for an extra session, definitely would recommend him and Restore to everyone!
I was lucky when I googled strength training and found Martha's SheNutrition. Her energizing virtual strength classes have improved muscle strength and definition, and balance. I also enrolled in her nutrition courses which improved my nutritional understanding, eating patterns and menopausal needs. Martha completed a menopause certificate course and let me know she had begun working with practitioners at Restore.
