Very prompt and reliable technician but unfortunately after cleaning one of the rugs ( a cheaper one ) it dried all bunched up. Upholstery cleaning was great.
UPDATE - Would like to add further comments - after the incident with the cheaper rug, Reliable promptly offered to take it away to try to stretch it - not fault of Reliable, likely the quality of the rug. Was very impressed by their effort to try and rectify. Also had picked up two other rugs, which they had needed to do outside my home, and made efforts to schedule pick up promptly and conveniently. I’ve had Frank from Reliable clean my couch and area rug a few times now and he’s done a great job each time! I had some renos done at my condo recently and everything got covered in dust… my couch (with microfibre material) now looks almost like new (and it’s 20 years old). I didn’t take a before shot, but this is a remarkable improvement!
This is the second time we've used Reliable Carpet to clean and extend the life of our furniture and this is the second time we've been more than pleased with the results. He arrived on time, was personable and did a great job for the right price. It doesn't get better than that.
