Can we please not make the scale a villain in a fitness club? It’s 2023. Why is there no scale? I get the whole your weight doesn’t define your health or fitness but it’s a gym, where there are tanning beds. Especially after covid where a lot of physician appointments are done remotely. I just want an accurate weigh in… :(
The employees at the front desk are so helpful and nice to talk to them.However, I have bad experience with the customer service regarding refunding my annual membership money after I cancelled my membership.How it comes they can’t refunded it because I should cancelled it before November 25th and I actually cancelled it on Nov.30 at the front desk.The front desk employee had not mentioned anything about that.Very disappointed after almost 2 years with them
