About PetSmart

PetSmart is a popular destination for pet owners, offering a wide range of products and services for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small animals. The in-store experience is generally positive, with friendly staff and a well-stocked selection of products, including seasonal items. The location is very organized, clean, and well maintained, with prices clearly marked. Some of the higher-end products may be overpriced, and the food and accessories for animals can be expensive. The store also features a pet hotel, which is very nice, although the cat hotel is less attractive than the dog hotel. PetSmart offers additional services such as dog training, pet grooming, and boarding, making it a convenient place for pet owners. The website is well-organized and offers discounts through a points system that can be converted into dollars. Pets available for adoption are well cared for, and staff are always polite and ready to help. Customers appreciate the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff, especially the groomer who received praise for her care and professionalism. Overall, PetSmart provides good service, but some products and services could be better in terms of value and quality.

Tia is the greatest dog groomer ever! I love leaving my Yorkie (Sir Yorkiton) with her to get groomed because I know at the end of his appointment, he comes back to me looking like a handsome little champion! She is patient with him and does a wonderful job with his haircuts, teeth, nails, etc. and I highly recommend sending your pet to her for their grooming needs. Thanks a million Tia!

Got their beginner training classes, and Jonas was amazing! First timer me and my dog and Jonas was very knowledgeable and my dog, who is normally anxious around strangers, opened up to him fairly fast.

My dog learned a lot with only two classes so far and I only paid $129 for 6 classes💕 Super friendly staff at the actual store as well.

Meh. The cashiers are miserable and never really friendly.

Last time I went she asked if I had an account. I told her no and she told me that without an account if something was on sale I wouldn't get the sale price. I asked her if the item I was getting was on sale and she told me she didn't know and couldn't check unless I had an account, all this in a monotone voice, shrugging her shoulders and rolling her eyes.

It's not so much what she said but how she delivered the message. It was rude and dismissive.
