Last Sunday we visited this PetSmart for the first time to buy food for our recently adopted dog, and we honestly couldn't have had a better experience.
We didn't know much about dog nutrition or which food would be best, but Mark went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions with so much patience, and made sure we understood the differences between the options so we could choose what was best for our pup.

I recently visited this location after adopting a new dog, and since we were not very familiar with the best food options or products for him, we had quite a few questions.
Mark was there and took the time to help us with everything we needed, from food recommendations to vitamins, supplements, and other useful products. He provided us with valuable information and shared his knowledge in a way that made us feel confident about making the right choices for our new dog.

I was in this store a few weeks back and was looking for some new food for my elderly cat. When my husband and I asked for some direction from staff they were very unhelpful and did not seem eager to help. We had asked some younger looking employees for insight but they seemed to have little to no knowledge about cats. They spoke to us in quite a rude and disrespectful manner especially the girl with ginger hair and glasses. We are very displeased in the service and will not be returning to this location. Your employees need to be taught how to talk to people in a respectful manner and hire people that will know the answers to your questions.
