I go to Lemon Holistic at 75 Huron Street very often for foot reflexology and full body massages. The staff are very polite, hospitable, and highly skilled.
Foot and body massages offer powerful stress relief, reduce pain, improve circulation, boost mood, enhance sleep, and support overall physical and mental well-being by relaxing muscles, stimulating endorphins, and calming the nervous system. Combined, they provide deep relaxation and rejuvenation, easing tension from head to toe and revitalizing the entire body.
Acupuncture points on the back target different areas, with common ones like BL23 (Kidney Shu) for lower back/kidney support.

I got a 60 min massage that was fantastic! The place was clean and quiet. My masseuse followed my preference of a medium strength massage and avoiding my injured right knee. Perfect. I left there feeling great and calculating when I could return!!
From what I can tell, I've tried all the massage places on Dundas and super happy with the results. To be clear, they are not RMT level from what I can tell, but do have their place as a relaxation therapy and the reflexology is super nice making your feet feel amazing. When a RMT is done right for myself, I notice that I feel stuffed up like I'm getting a cold, which is not what happens with Shiatsu massage, but it's still an incredibly valuable therapy.Turning the corner going north a half a block on Huron, I found Lemon Holistic, in this little out-of-the-way strip of businesses off the main drag, along with a couple interesting restaurants. Lemon Holistic is at 75 Huron, which is on the east side of the street and down in the basement.Walking in and getting greeted, this spot seems to be super casual. I was led around the corner for the reflexology therapy and the chair was a basic low back recliner, nothing special. But omg, the woman, named Ella, was super talented at reflexology and I was glad that I opted, for the first time, to get the 60 minutes. It was pure heaven. The body massage after that was of high quality as well and, even though I didn't look at the clock, it seemed like I received plenty of time for my money, which was $90 plus tip. Great spot that's slightly hidden away, if you want somewhere a little more peaceful, and don't we all!
