Had an amazing experience with the tech Sean who came by last minute to fix some errors with a really complicated Mitsubishi heat pump. Was there two hours, made a huge effort and got it running. Taught me a bunch of things about the machine too. Totally recommend.
Jason, Mike and Mike of Laird & Son did a great job of installing three ductless units in my home this week. They were polite, respectful and professional, and they gave me a clear demonstration of how the units work before leaving. Highy recommended.
Isn't it nice to have this kind of thing be pleasant? I just had Mack from Laird & Son over to do some maintenance on a mini-split I had installed (also by L&S) 5 years ago. He could not have been better (so much so I'm taking the time to do this!). I recall the installation went the same way, very professional, relaxed, and courteous. Anyway, Mack did a fantastic job, answered all my questions, and left me with a number of best practices for upkeep of my unit. 5 stars, no notes.
