I’ve been a customer here for over 15 years. Consistently great service, including after service. They know how to fit Korean and other Asian faces (if you know you know) and their products reflect that expertise.

Amazing customer service and an excellent selection of frames. I purchased a pair of titanium glasses here two years ago, and I still haven’t needed a single adjustment — the quality and fit have been outstanding.

The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, and never make you feel pressured to buy anything. They genuinely take the time to help you find what works best for you.

The optometrist upstairs is excellent as well — professional, thorough, and great to deal with.

I rarely leave Google reviews, but this place absolutely deserves one. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for glasses or an eye exam.

Family run bussiness that has been here for a while. Customer Service is amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable. They have an extensive collection of luxury frames and was able to order mine from Masunaga when the specific color I wanted wasn't in store. My family and I will definitely be getting all our future eyewear from Kim's Optical.
