“I stopped by this location last weekend while on vacation from the states in hopes of getting my passport cover hot-stamped. I was greeted by the store director, Nasrin Vala upon arrival. In other LV locations I've been told it can take 24-48 hrs, sometimes longer, to get this accomplished. As you can imagine, that's not always convenient when you're on a busy trip, or only in town for a couple of days. Despite it being a Saturday, instead of pushing me off, Nasrin found an available individual to get it taken care of for me. Not only was he polite, but he was super thorough (which I appreciated), and the whole thing was said-and-done within ~20 mins. The store itself was well-kept, had a clean layout and seemingly several options. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the location.“
