Huge shoutout to Ray at the Yonge & Finch Hakim Optical! My glasses were sliding and not fitting my face, and after being turned away by other stores for not buying from them, Ray stepped up and saved the day on Aug. 15th, 2026. He fixed the frame issue quickly and was incredibly nice about it. My wife's glasses has a nose pad issue. Ray did not hesitate to replace them with news ones and ensure they are fitting well. Totally Ray fixed 3 pair of glasses for my wife and myself. I am very impressed with his friendliness , kindness and expertise. It’s rare to find this kind of genuine customer care. The Ophthalmologist, Mr. Hamid Dadvar is amazing, and having Mr. Reza as my optician is always a pleasure working with him. He is very honest about what works best for you, which is very important. Great service with a smile. I broke my frames and they were helpful and found me a replacement pair, switched out the lenses and charged me a very fair price. They now have a new customer for all my new glasses!
