I tried to give these guys my business but they insisted on solving my problem over the phone! Who does that?! Thats the sign of a person running a business with the right intentions. I would feel VERY SAFE with my Macbook/iMac in their hands any day!

Arash went above and beyond fixing my wife's laptop. Not only did he fix the actual issue, he initially directed me to contact the manufacturer to try to get it repaired under warranty through a special program that they have that I didn't know about. When that failed he not only did he fix the issue he also replaced some keyboard keys that were worn out.A+ service.I will take all my problem electronics to him going forward.

Arash made the repair experience as seamless as possible. He was even willing to pick them up to diagnose. Arash diagnosed the problems with my 2 MacBook Pro's, he kept me in loop of what the issues were. I gave the go ahead to repair, he never hinted or asked for any deposit, they were both fixed in a timely manner. Super polite person, also willing to drop them off too. I feel very comfortable to recommend Arash to anyone that needs their MacBook repaired.
