Mark is an excellent HVAC technician. He helped me successfully claim the manufacturer warranty for my boiler and handled the parts replacement smoothly and professionally. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and very quick to respond. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done without wasting time. I called Mark after my existing Nest thermostat fell off the wall for my tenants (for the 4th time!). Turns out the pins were damaged. Mark came out and installed a new thermostat within 24 hours of me calling him, and this was just 2 days after Christmas! He was fast, efficient and the communication was consistent. He made sure my tenants didn't have to go another day without heat. I would definitely call Mark again and highly recommend him.
