After some initial engineer problem, my request for a repair was handled speedily and effectively. The engineer who came to complete the repair was absolutely terrific - Well done Bob

Technician was very responsive, diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to order a replacement part and fix our fridge without any issues. Very happy with the service we received
