Gary was amazing to work with. He was kind, professional, efficient and sent a technician out to me the next day. He followed up with me after and he always got back to me when I needed additional information. Highly recommend!
Referred to Tras via LG. They were very timely and were able to diagnose the issue, apply a fix. the fix didn't work, so they did another. that did not work either and they sent their report to LG as well as refunded me a portion of the fee. WOrked with Gary who followed up with me to ensure I was refunded.

We recently had TRAS fix our washing machine (referred by LG service) and they were great. They were able to fit our appointment in earlier than expected, and Aman the technician was very efficient and professional. We had an appointment within 48 hrs and our washer was fixed and running again within 1 hr of technician's arrival. Would definitely recommend.
