I recently purchased solely the frame from this store rather than a complete set of prescription glasses. I must commend staff for their exceptional assistance, particularly a young lady whose name, regrettably, I forgot to ask. She attentively listened to my requirements and provided invaluable guidance, including options for direct billing to my insurance company. Overall, my experience was greatly enhanced by the professionalism and helpfulness of your staff.!

The lady who helped is very experienced and she addressed the issue I had with progressive lens by changing the frame. She recommended a frame with a nose pad and it worked. Thank you!
