Wayne and achal were in when you went in to pick a pair of cartiers, they both had good information on something i thought was so simple! Wayne helped me pick w pair in literally an hour, it i had looked myself it would have probably taken 2-3 hours! Thanks! I will be back and i recommend

Top notch customer service. I’ve shopped here for our glasses two years in a row now and have nothing but amazing things to say. Most recently, I wanted a specific pair of glasses and they didn’t have it in stock. However, they made some calls around and were able to get them for me directly from their warehouse on the SAME DAY! that to me is the definition of going above and beyond.

Fantastic shop with top-quality eyewear brands. Truly lives up to its motto of delivering "luxury eyewear."If you can go during Black Friday you are almost stealing the glasses but given the outstanding professional knowledge, patience, honesty, and visual sensibility of salesmen like Wayne, it is worth going there and paying the full price any day.For example, I was divided between a frame at this store and another frame at another store downtown.
