The frame of my glasses was bent out of shape, since I forget them in my pocket while skiing, and Tristan did a fantastic job fixing the frame, at no cost. He was a true gentleman; very polite and professional. 10/10

Great customer service! I bought Gucci sunglasses less than a month ago at a differect Eyeconcept location. I dropped them on the asphalt which resulted in multiple scratches. The staff at Sherway Eyeconcept were able to restore the sunglasses, free of charge. Thank you!

I brought in my ic!berlin frame for servicing, and unfortunately the technician broke one of the temples during the process. I was genuinely surprised by this, as the frame is made of stainless steel, and ic!berlin frames are known for their durable, screwless construction that isn't easily broken under normal handling.
To their credit, the store reached out to ic!berlin to see about a fix, but communication throughout this process was slow and inconsistent. I had to reach out myself after 8 days of not hearing anything back, and it took several more back-and-forth exchanges before things moved forward.
