I just happened to have met Shawn by coincidence and asked about having my lenses made and installed on my frames
I mentioned that I had to leave for England the following week. Amazingly he had them ready in 5 days. Not only that but they are amazingly sharp and clear. Thanks so much.
AMAZING service! I have complex health issues that make it pretty much impossible to go out to the optometrist. I am so happy with Optician On Wheels.
Not only are they friendly and professional but they're kind hearted and the optometrist really takes the time to explain everything to you.
At one point I felt a little bit overwhelmed and they kindly suggested a little breathing break.
You couldn't ask for a better team of people.
Compassionate, patient, kind and knowledgeable.
Mom has dementia and her glasses had been lost. She is much more responsive when she can see more clearly and getting replacement glasses through the home was proving difficult. These kind folks came to see my mom at a care home. She responded to the gentle kind care that Optician on Wheels provided, and new glasses are on order. My family is immensely grateful for the excellent care provided by these fine folks.
