I have to warn everyone out there. This company in my opinion should not be in business.I purchased flooring from this company through one of their liquidation partners (Flooring Liquidators Yorkdale Toronto). From the beginning of the problem, they dealt with me in a very shifty manner in that everyone I spoke to promised to start an investigation and promised an immediate call back. no call backs of investigation was done.I paid for top grade (Select and better) flooring and received very low quality product. Never buying anything from them again. I purchased two sets of doors and jamb kits. They sold the kits with out hinges never telling me. Had to go back in the traffic just to get the hinges. Waisted two days of work just to install two doors. They are rude and unprofessional. Do not waist your time going there.
