I recently visited Cell Rox for a screen repair and the service was exceptional! I visited several stores prior to this, none of which either had the parts in stock or were able to repair the phone same-day. From the moment I stepped in, the owner was welcoming and professional. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided multiple quotes for different options. Some were less expensive with a longer wait time, but even the same-day option was significantly less than other stores in the area. I had my cell phone's screen repaired at Cell Rox today, and I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The technician, who was the only person there, was able to repair my phone within the time frame he had quoted over the phone. He said the job would take under 2 hours and it was completed in just 1 hour and 15 minutes. The technician was highly skilled as evidenced by his work and professional in his interaction. I am very pleased with the prompt and efficient service I received at Cell Rox. I would highly recommend Cell Rox to anyone in need of cell phone repair services. They are an absolute gem.

My friend recommended Shaviz at Cell.Rox, saying he was very honest. She said he examined her phone for problems by taking it completely apart, testing all functions, and then finding nothing wrong. When asked what she owed him, his response was "nothing". She paid him $20 for his time and effort. So I went to buy a new phone and was very impressed with how easy it was to do business with him, and how quick and humble he was. He recommended the most inexpensive plan for me and got it all set up and activated for me. His associate Marvin also helped me out by supplying an inexpensive $10 excellent cell phone case when mine broke. I highly recommend him and his store.
