My phone got run over by a car. The screen had random white vertical lines on it - that was part of the damage. Touchscreen was non-functional. I live nearby to Cell.Rox, on Grenville Street. The guy at Cell.Rox, which is in the basement of the Aura building, fixed it in an hour, as promised. Learned from my superintendent after the fact that he’s gotten his phone fixed there, too. Much appreciated.

I’ve been to a dozen mobile sales and repair shops around the city and have built a good rapport with several of them, but I’ve never met a more accommodating or genuinely helpful owner/manager than the gentleman I dealt with here. He’s one of the very few who truly works with customers based on their budget — not someone chasing huge profits, but someone clearly focused on helping people who might be turned away elsewhere.
