The absolute worst place to buy your flooring. They take your money and send you the lowest grade of garbage. I don't understand how they have not been shut down.Edited to add: looks like they shut down as of August 2022, the place is up for lease. Good riddance!

The person even dont know much about products and he is running the store? he is rude and screams at you if you ask few questions all he says give me deposit and dont worry how can i not worry if you dont know different between products? dont waste your time in here.

On June 5th 2021 I saw Maz at 532 Evans Avenue in Etobicoke. I was buying Vinyl hardwood for the condominium. I said to him that I will buy it now so I don't have to drive again but don't order it till I get an approval from the building. On June 11th I called him and I said I want to cancel the order. He said he has to check with their Markham office and he will call me back. I did not get a call back. Then I called twice again then he says you come to the store and he will give me the credit.
