My furnace broke down, so I called over five HVAC companies before coming across Controlled Comfort Air. Joe was professional, knowledgeable, and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had my furnace up and running in no time. Honest, reliable service and fair pricing. So helpful and polite. I moved into a new house with a newly replaced furnace and a gas dryer. They noticed the both the dryer and furnace were improperly installed when servicing my furnace, are replaced the too small gas line immediately at a very reasonable rate. Our safety was their main concern and I’m so glad I had it checked.
Our boiler for hot water and radiators died and Shiekiel (hope I spell his correctly) came to fix it. We had 2 other companies before him - one said we had to replace the whole unit and the other, who was still trying to find the required part for the last 3 weeks. Shiekiel was efficient and courteous, arrived when he said he would and once diagnosed, had it fixed in a day. I would recommend this company.
