Absolute disaster of a project on Arthur Street.

I do not care that your machine broke down. If one piece of equipment failing can delay a major road project for weeks, then you were not properly equipped to take on the contract.

You have one of Thunder Bay’s main arterial roads backed up for kilometres, disrupted an entire neighbourhood with only one access point, and forced traffic through private property just to get around your closures.

No professional contractor should take this long to scrape and repave a kilometre stretch of road. In many Ontario communities, work like this is completed overnight or within a few days to minimize disruption.
