“I had a terrific experience at the Niagara Dermatology Clinic with Dr. Sloan and Neshanthi Sloan, the office manager. My family doctor in Keswick noticed something on my back and referred me to a dermatologist in Newmarket. However, the wait time was about 8-10 months. On a whim, I contacted some other clinics including Niagara. They responded immediately after I explained my situation and willingness to drive and take a cancellation. It wasn't long before I had an appointment. Neshanthi, the office staff and Dr. Sloan were inviting, personable and kind. They took care of me and resolved the issue - all within a month. I'd highly recommend the clinic to any patients from outside of Niagara who may have to deal with excessive wait times in their respective areas.“
