She took the time to get the colour right which I really appreciate, especially after I tried MKH further west on St. Clair and the colourist picked the colour for me and shut me down when I said it was just a shade too dark and too flat for me. Josie took me seriously when I said I want a little red and she said ok but not too much! My hair looks like my natural colour, minus those pesky greys that have started creeping in.
