We needed some work done on our house (nothing major, just venting our shower and fixing a soffit). A local contractor quoted us $1,000 and another company quoted us $500, but Player’s completed it for us last week for just over $200 and did a great job.
We live in a century home and had Justin do some brick work and reconstruction on our front steps this past spring. His work is outstanding and his price is beyond fair. From the first moment I contacted him for a quote, he was very responsive, personable, and started and finished the job exactly within the time frame he said he would. I highly recommend Justin for any masonry or brick work and will definitely use his services again.

The roof over my deck collapsed and I was left with a dangerous mess on my deck. I couldn’t get out into my back yard at all. Brandon removed all the debris and took down the remainder of the roof. He was able to salvage the walls and floor, repair the damage, pressure wash and stain the entire deck and it looks awesome. And all this was done in a week (even in the snow). I think they went above and beyond to help me out and it’s very much appreciated. Now I can enjoy my outdoor space this year! Thanks so much!
I had asked for a quote … they showed up … they were ready to work! They did tell me the hourly rate before hand. My wife and I guessed what the bill would be. They came in right on what we thought. I had an amazing massage..The massage therapists at Relax,Restore and Replenish have done an amazing job of reopening. They have implemented extra protocol that allows us as their clients to feel totally safe in these new times.
After unsuccessfully trying to order flowers through the online portal, I left my contact information as instructed and had a return call within 3 hours. The reason it took so long was because the proprieter was serving pancakes at her child's school for Pancake Tuesday. WOW. She then took all of the information needed over the phone and the transaction was completed within 10 minutes with absolutely no fuss. Kudos.
We're fairly new to Stratford. I've been looking for a place to do my hair, but I was afraid I might not find the same person that used to do my hair. So I googled a lot to see places like this, it took me 2 years, can't be courageous enough to step in to the waters of uncertainty. But I have to confront the fear with my faith, I know God is my guide.
So I was booked here, I was met by Brynn who I talked to over the phone, don't know what to expect, but to my surprise, Brynn,she surpassed my expectation. She knows what she's doing, I just wanted to cover my roots. When she saw my hair has different colors, she did what she has to do without asking for more.
I'm not going to go into details but, to sum everything up, she made me feel comfortable, gave me assurance that this is the place where I want to be. She's not only nice but brilliant in terms of what suits you, she did not just do what I wanted but gave me her ideas too.

Two years ago we took our two year old son to Jeff for his first hair cut. Since then, “Jeff The Barber” has become an adventure and a great hang! Our son loves to be surrounded by adults and to chat like he’s been going for decades. Jeff has been there for us and we feel part of the Urban Barber family.
Jenn is incredible! She collaborated with me to establish a calm and welcoming environment for my son (who was terrified to get his haircut). On his initial visit, he felt comfortable enough to enter the salon settle into a chair and even have a bit of his bangs trimmed. Given that we haven’t made it past the entrance of any other establishment in the last three years, we could not be more thrilled. Thank you Jenn for all your patience and understanding and providing a space that made my son feel safe and confident.

This is the only place I will get my hair done from now on, for many reasons but most of all because they are so kind and so accommodating. Olivia did my hair and Danielle helped as well. These ladies were both so incredibly patient and kind. The first day I came in, I wanted to go blonde halfway down my hair (I brought in a photo of what I wanted and they were happy to go off of that) as I had used box dye on my hair recently (my hair was fairly dark) they got started right away on how to make sure my hair would stay healthy and so I wouldn't have to cut any of it. So they stripped the dye and got my hair light enough to get the colour, it already looked different and i was pleasantly surpised at how well it lightened up. So I came in two weeks later and they applied the colour and I was ecstatic. It was gorgeous. They were so welcoming and excited to see me again, they allowed my fiancé to sit with me to make me feel comfortable and even interacted with my son on the second visit and didn't mind that they were around. After some time went by I felt the colour wasn't right where I wanted it and they were very nice and insisted I come back to get it exactly how I wanted. They did it perfectly, a very nice bright blonde and it was blended wonderfully. They offered water and magazines and we all talked and laughed. The atmosphere is so beautiful and they are the best. I have never in my life felt so happy to be somewhere, even with my anxiety, they made me feel so comfortable. Olivia is very talented and she is good at making sure I had what I wanted no matter what, and Danielle was so thorough and even explained to me what was happening throughout the process and would tell me before she touched my hair. Olivia knew I loved curly hair and would curl it for me before leaving each time, they take the time to listen. They are very professional and communicate so well with one another, we had a great time being there. One of the things I loved the most was that they were just as excited about how my hair turned out as I was, it made me feel so good. I feel beautiful and confident in myself because of the time and care they put into my hair. Thank you both, I am forever grateful ?
I've been going to Relish since I moved to Stratford in 2020. I was told early that this 'was THE place to have a facial' and they weren't wrong. Everyone I have seen there does great work, knows their stuff, only offers products that make sense (never pushy or weird) and the environment is beautiful. Still a loyal client 4 years later!!

To celebrate our 40th anniversary, my wife and I were pampered an entire afternoon. We experienced massages, facials, mani and pedi. I really did not know what to expect but I put my trust in the staff to provide an afternoon we would not forget. I can tell you that Katrena and Shannon exceeded our expectations. I had the Bickels crew back for another flooring installation and the results are no less than amazing. Josh, Quinten, and Ryan did a fantastic job. It was completed well before I expected it to be and they cleaned up everything. The only thing they left behind was a transformed home. Every time I needed to move something, they assisted me and that was greatly appreciated. They worked around my furnishings without needing to empty the place. I would highly recommend this company and this install team. I have had nothing but excellent comments about the transformation.
