AK, the manager at the Lime Ridge Mall store, exceeded my expectations with his knowledge and efficiency. His fingers fairly flew across the screen as he set up my new phone. The man is a magician.

I am absolutely blown away by their customer service! I recently inquired about changing my battery on my 14 Pro Max, and changing the housing. I went in today to ask if it was in, and they told me that they ordered a like-new 14 Pro Max in purple at no extra cost, since it was the colour I originally wanted but they didn’t have at the time of purchase.
Thank you so much! I will definitely be back to update my device when my current phone needs replacing.
Thanks again!
