Came in to get my laptop fan replaced. Staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, it did take a while to order a new set of fans to replace the ones in my laptop, which you have no control over understandably. However, when the new fans did arrive and I handed them my laptop, I got it back within really quick within the same day. It also would've been fine it it had taken a day. I'm very grateful for the quick service they provided
