Really difficult to schedule an appointment. The receptionists never pick up the phone and their automated messaging system indicates you should only leave a message to cancel an appointment. I’ve left messages in hopes that they’ll call me back to book an appointment but they never do. Often times I’ve just ended up walking in to book an appointment which is an unnecessary hassle. It would be nice if they set up an online booking option to avoid this issue.

Once you get an appointment it’s great. The doctors are helpful and service is usually quick but it’s getting an appointment that is the problem. You have to call multiple times sometimes over days just to get a hold of someone to then book an appointment and you can only do it a week in advance which is very difficult to schedule for families. Wish there was an online system to book if they are not able to answer phone calls.

Dr Zareef is the best! She have been my doctor for about 16 years and I never had any complaints about her! Always so kind and attentive, caring and very very helpful! Never had any issues with clinic in general.
