I have only felt confident in my health since being part of LaVie. I normally go to the Kanata location and have had the pleasure of meeting a few of the doctors- all wonderful. As soon as you call to book an apt, you are met with care. I never feel rushed or like my concerns don’t matter. I have gotten through some tough health concerns only thanks to them. Shoutout to nurse Chelsea who is so prompt and kind and to Dr. Montpetit (downtown location) who is hands down the most caring, attentive, organized, and personable medical professional that I have ever known. Just a quick visit today. Team is always helpful. I always find the ability to get in contact or come in for direct visits, for the medical team members, to be very quick. I have had more attention to medical care in the last year than in the previous fifteen. Definitely more proactive care now.
