She did my eyebrow, and the ball had fallen off a week after she did my brow; the jewelry ended up falling out in my sleep. I called them to ask if she could take a look at it, and the replacement jewelry was free. She is absolutely so gentle when doing services, and shes also very welcoming and friendly.
