I’d love to give 5 stars but it is a little hard to get ahold of the location to make an appointment or ask questions, so book online. Seems it probably due to understaffing because when we’ve been there it’s only Katie and she’s trying to cut, answer phones, manage the front desk and keep the kiddos comfortable. That being said, 5 stars for Katie!“

“Walked into my appointment early and the piercer took me right away even though I was 30 min early! Bethany pierced my tongue and eyebrow, she did an amazing job and is so extremely nice. Bethany was so comforting, didn’t rush at all and was extremely thorough with what she was doing and why she was doing it.
