Alicia was very gentle and took her time with the whole process, and explained everything clearly. The piercing itself was super smooth - I did not feel ANY pain! (I usually tear up, and that didn’t even happen) and it is healing fantastically. I would totally come back for any other piercing. She also replaced the ball for me when it fell out. 10/10 would recommend.”
