I had a slight issue and would like to thank Julia Critelli for her excellent customer service and fast resolution. I really appreciated the personal touch by reaching out to me by phone - she clearly cares about her customers!
Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Selection is awesome. We purchased 2 Stressless Chairs (electric) and a Stickley Love seat. Promp delivery by two of the most professional and helpful personnel (they did not rush and even put felt pads on). A very positive experience.
Purchased a large leather sofa from Critelli Furniture but there was concern whether it could be moved into the condo. Critelli send their team to the condo to measure and they determined that it would could be done! A team arrived exactly on time with the new sofa and did a fantastic job of delivering and moving the sofa into the condo. Hats off to the Critelli Team!
