If a cat broke a part, the associate went to the back room and found a replacement part at no cost.
We purchased our shutters for the entire house nine years ago and we did start to notice some yellowing on some of them so we called and they said we have a lifetime warranty just bring them in. Bought nine new shades with motors to open and close. Had problems with the motors. Matt came and fixed them. Again problems. Matt came and replaced all nine motors. Staff was friendly and efficient. Everything seems perfect now Very happy with the shades and the service.
