Even though the fix couldn’t be done right away they drove out took a look and said they would be back as soon as they got the right parts to fix the problem. Unlike other company’s, they didn’t leave us stranded with no heat in the middle of winter. They left us not one, but 3 of their own heaters to make sure we weren’t left to freeze! I would totally recommend these wonderful bunch of experts. The fixed the problem first time around.
