“The reason for 4 stars wasn't the service. Read on:I've been using their services for approximately 10 years now. Used them in Kanata when i had my AC and furnace serviced as well as having our wood chimney cleaned and inspected.Moved to Carleton Place since and have used them to service furnace, AC, gas fireplace, and recently had ducts cleaned.Jay and Drew crushed it. Both were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained everything they'd done as well as shown me (item permitting, i.e., maintaining HVAC filters). They also had no qualms about answering any additional questions i had.The only reason i gave 4 instead of 5 stars wasn't for these guys' service but rather change in rates. I'm a realist and get that costs have gone up, but they no longer offer a "bundle savings" package or mil discount. That's the bummer.Nevertheless, i can't recommend these guys enough. You will not be disappointed with the services they provide.“
