The employees that came out to do the job (sewage water back up) we very polite and professional. They answered any questions I had and completed the work correctly and efficiently. And thank you to the office that made an exception to accommodate the time of the appointment / job for me.
Vic’s Group is hands down one of the most reliable and professional and efficient companies I’ve worked with. From start to finish, they handled everything with both care and knowledge. Their team is skilled, organized, and always on top of communication, which to me was a huge plus. They also offer such a wide range of services which ensured that I didn’t have to elsewhere. I highly recommend that everyone goes with Vic’s Group when it comes to projects, big or small. Without a doubt, I will be going back to them whenever a service is needed.
Very reliable, I left the Vics Group staff to complete the change of our Furnace without any supervision. Vic’ group is one of my go-to pro.One of the best companies to deal, for best price and professionalism, reliability and good warrantee.
