Wasim was exremely efficient and within 15 minutes on a Sunday night he was able to diagnose and fix the problem for next to no cost, on top of having a friendly disposition. Would recommend to anyone.

Wasim's level of service and knowledge were outstanding. I brought my laptop here to have the keyboard replaced after another tech store told me they were unable to do the repair because they felt nervous about opening up the entire laptop and welding in the new part. Apparently this was a complicated job. Wasim knew exactly what to do and was so patient when it turned out that the replacement keyboard I originally brought him was faulty. He helped me figure out how to source a working one, and even though it took him a long time to do the repair, he was very kind and didn't charge me twice for the labour when he took apart and reassembled the laptop to install the second...read full review
