I bought a game that turned out to have some issues and didn’t run well at all. They were understanding and allowed me to return it with a one time exception. This is why I love bestbuy, I always feel like I’m getting the best price and the customer service is amazing. Keep up the great work!

Great customer service from Madeena! We went there to purchase a new phone&number as an add-on line last week. The store lead named Madeena helped us clarify our queries and answered all our questions with a beautiful smile. Also, she informed us about their offers, helping us to grab better deals. She showed great patience and was very professional. Great experience from the whole team!!!

Very good location in Scarborough. The place is very clean and neat. Very glad to Shopping here. Thanks for the an excellent customer service from Toleen, very kind woman that halps me a lot with an item that I wasn't satisfied and let me return it due the item wasn't what I expected for. She really deserved a promotion here. Very knowledge and helpful. Definitely will shop again here.
