I was initially anxious to attend the funeral planning meeting at Pine Hills. Afterwards, I was truly grateful for the kindness, patience, and understanding shown towards my family by Shuhan (funeral planning) and Grace, who helped us select a burial spot for our loved one. They were both so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, which helped put us at ease during an already difficult time. Thank you, Shuhan, Grace, and team, for your professionalism and assistance. You are very much appreciated!
This is a beautiful place to have your love one, however the ground workers not so compassionate or respectful. What I experience this past weekend was unfinished grave preparations, while the family and friends watched their loved one grave being dug. Once completed they trampled on the beautiful flowers while getting the coffin to the grave. After what seems like forever they lower the coffin, covered it and threw, yes threw the baskets and bouquets of flowers on top of it, scattered and broken. While everyone just staring. I honestly hope, when it's their time, they have much more compassionate people looking after their bodies! Really sad at this now memory to take...read full review
