We just buried our younger brother a couple weeks ago. As younger siblings with a very tight bond handling this type of thing is the most difficult and painful event we’ve encountered to date in our life time, and I wish it upon no one. In such a devastating time, we were blessed to have been given Nancy as our funeral director. She was sent to this world with the purpose to assist families parting with their loved ones in the most beautiful and dignified approach. We lost the matriarch of our family the morning of Christmas day in 2022. It was a sudden passing and we were all completely devastated. Her wishes were to have her service at Paul O'Connor. We reached out to them and right from hello we were given such incredible service. Since she passed away at home they helped get a coroner to come and as well have her taken to the funeral home. From there we spoke with Nancy Woodbine the Funeral Director. She was extremely kind and helped answer all of our questions. We used Paul O’Connor funeral services for my mother and, a number of years later, for my sister. We appreciated them. In our most recent experience our director was so awesome. She came across with such sincerity and compassion and made the difficult process of arranging my sister’s funeral go smoothly and really helped me get through it all. She made us feel special and she herself is special.
